Refund Policy

Last updated: 24 April 2026

Summary

Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period. You can cancel at any time and stop being charged for future periods. We provide a 14-day evaluation window for your first paid subscription on each product. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, your statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

1. 14-day evaluation window

Your first paid subscription on any Sajdak Group Holdings product carries a 14-day evaluation window. If you request a refund within 14 days of the first charge, we will refund that payment in full. Request refunds by emailing support at the address listed in your product (or reply to any billing email from Paddle). We process eligible refund requests within 5 business days.

2. Recurring subscriptions after the evaluation window

After the 14-day window, subscriptions continue to renew each billing period until cancelled. When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period and then stops. You will not be charged again.

No partial refund is issued for the portion of a billing period you do not use after cancellation. If you cancel mid-period, you keep full access for the remaining days, and the period you already paid for is not refunded.

3. One-off charges

One-off charges (transfers, portability fees, hardware, add-on modules) are refundable within the 14-day evaluation window above, unless the associated service has already been delivered or initiated. If a one-off charge was taken but the service was not delivered due to a fault on our side, contact support for a full refund or retry at your option.

4. Charges that were a mistake

If you were charged in error — duplicate charge, charge after a confirmed cancellation, charge to the wrong card — contact support with the transaction details. We will investigate and refund verified errors in full within 5 business days.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or statutory right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a product fails to meet what a paid software service should reasonably deliver, you may be entitled to a refund or other remedy. Contact us first so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

6. How refunds are paid

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the card issuer or bank — typically 3 to 10 business days after we approve the refund. Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
